Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Transportation Adjuster to work from home in the United States, handling first party property damage, heavy equipment, and cargo claims across multiple states. You will report to the TPA Supervisor and must manage time effectively while collaborating with teams and working independently in a distraction-free home environment.

Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial transportation or auto liability claims is required, along with a Texas All Lines Adjuster

Qualifications

• Three years of experience handling commercial transportation and/or auto liability claims.
• Active Texas All Lines Adjuster License or reciprocal state license with ability to obtain Texas license promptly.
• Demonstrated ability to review and apply policy coverages with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Analyze and apply coverage on routine and complex claims.
• Adjudicate claims in an expeditious and professional manner.
• Set and maintain diaries and/or tasks.
• Complete client reporting in a timely manner.
• Control loss adjustment expenses and manage reserves.
• Document all correspondence and decisions in the claims system.
• Prepare multi‑page reports for each claim.
