Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Transportation Adjuster to resolve commercial transportation claims on a multi-state basis from a home-based environment. The role reports to the TPA Supervisor and handles first party property damage, heavy equipment, and cargo damage.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience, possess a Texas All Lines Adjuster license or reciprocal state license with intent to obtain Texas license, and demonstrate strong time management and communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience handling commercial transportation and/or auto liability claims.
• Active Texas All Lines Adjuster License or reciprocal state license with ability to obtain Texas license.
• Strong time management and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently from a home-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Analyze and apply coverage on routine and complex claims
• Adjudicate claims promptly
• Set and maintain diaries and tasks
• Complete client reporting in a timely manner
• Control loss adjustment expenses and manage reserves
• Document all correspondence and decisions in the claims system
• Complete multi-page reports for each claim
