Job summary

Qualifications

• Transportation or supply chain experience in a logistics setting.
• 5+ years in related transportation or supply chain work.
• Proficiency with Power BI and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with CI/Lean tools and process improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
• Develop and manage CI projects from initiation to sustainment and go-live support.
• Leverage data analytics and lean tools to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Coach teams on lean methods and maintain Power BI dashboards for performance tracking.
