Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Transportation or Supply Chain industry.
• Transportation experience including Transportation Management, Dedicated, FTL/LTL.
• Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau) and database programming (SQL, DAX) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive change within operations using data-driven CI, engineering, and automation to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develop and manage comprehensive CI plans; support go-live and steady-state certifications, and pursue automation opportunities.
• Lead and coach teams in Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, and Lean methods to sustain operational excellence.
• Provide regular data-driven progress reports and recommendations on Supply Chain strategies.
