Job summary

You will provide technical leadership, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and help deliver safe, quality-driven projects while mentoring staff and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• PE licensure is required.
• MBA is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering of transmission projects up to 765 kV.
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders on status and scope.
• Support PMs with scope, schedule, and cost management.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams.
