Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 5–7 years in transmission design/management of projects with multi‑disciplinary teams.
• PE licensure is preferred or required.
• Knowledge of NESC, RUS, and/or GO‑95.
• Strong grasp of transmission line fundamentals and PLS‑CADD.
• Excellent written and oral English communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute engineering of transmission projects up to 765kV.
• Develop initial project execution layout and ensure a solid project plan.
• Create and maintain a project schedule and lead meetings.
• Coordinate with clients on status and deliverables.
• Maintain cross‑discipline project communication and workflow.
• Forecast project requirements to assist resource planning.
• Uphold QA/QC procedures and quality standards.
• Present at industry conferences to share knowledge.
