Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Transmission Line Project Engineer to join our Power Delivery Team with flexible work arrangements, including remote work or a nearby office.

You will lead high‑voltage transmission projects, coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams, and drive design excellence up to 765 kV, while adhering to QA/QC and safety standards. You will collaborate with clients, forecast resource needs, and mentor staff across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• PE licensure preferred.
• 5-7 years in transmission design/leadership.
• Knowledge of NESC, RUS, and GO-95.
• Experience with PLS-CADD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute engineering of transmission projects up to 765kV.
• Create and maintain a project schedule.
• Coordinate with clients and lead project meetings.
• Support PMs with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Assist in staff development and recruitment.
