Paradigm, a leading return-to-work partner, seeks a detail-oriented Return-to-Work Coordinator for a fully remote role. You will collaborate with nonprofit partners to place injured workers in transitional duties, maintain records, and ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills, plus experience with case management software.

Qualifikationen

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be comfortable with heavy phone work.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Critical thinking and problem solving.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and time management.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations to create a network of potential Transitional Duty placement sites.
• Identify suitable assignments matching injured workers' abilities and skills.
• Coordinate the placement of injured workers in Transitional Duty assignments and set up time tracking.
• Maintain internal database of nonprofit transitional work sites.
• Communicate challenges with placement process to strategize next steps.
• Document time and case activity in case management software (Alarisware).
• Comply with Paradigm Information Security requirements and policies.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth volunteer experience.
• Track volunteer hours and update case management software.
• Resolve issues during the assignment in collaboration with all parties.
• Contribute to the success of the Transitional Return to Work program.
