Job summary

Transdev North America, Inc. seeks a Return-to-Work Coordinator to manage safe, timely reintegration of injured employees within TAS operations. You will collaborate with Safety, Operations, HR, and healthcare partners to align restrictions with work demands and identify suitable modified duties that protect safety and productivity.

The role requires 2+ years in return-to-work, disability management, or related fields, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating return-to-work, disability management, or safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Safety team coordinator for injured employees returning to TAS operations.
• Maintain regular communication with employees and supervisors during recovery and return-to-work process.
• Create written return-to-work plans documenting duties, restrictions, schedules, and duration.
• Monitor progress, coordinate updates, and escalate issues as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in occupational health, safety, human resources, nursing, rehabilitation, business, or related field
