Job summary

Paradigm is seeking a detail‑oriented Case Management Referral Coordinator to support referral operations in our Workers’ Compensation Solutions unit. You will manage referrals from start to finish, ensuring accurate data entry, proper assignment, and timely customer communication.

The role is fully remote, with hours Monday–Friday, 10a to 7p CST, and an hourly range of $20–$21. You will collaborate with a virtual team to process referrals efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing the referral email inboxes.
• Assigning, entering and fulfilling referrals submitted in the ALARISware System.
• Attending ongoing training/calls as needed.
• Able to decipher geographical locations accurately and make accurate decisions based on such.
• Handling of re-opening cases.
• Processing any payor, insurer, jurisdiction, claim number or case type changes on an open case.
• Utilizes AI tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance output quality.
• This position may have other duties as assigned by the Referral Coordinator Supervisor or the Referral Operations Manager.
