Responsibilities

• Determine objective, medically supported work restrictions for claims.
• Facilitate RTW efforts through coordination with client, providers and claimants.
• Document progress and communicate with team and clients regularly.
• Develop job site modification plans or arrange adaptive equipment as needed.
