Colliers International is building a talent pipeline for Transition Manager, Lease Administration, with a remote arrangement across various locations. The role oversees the entire transition lifecycle, from discovery to handover, including data extraction, migration, validation, and reporting, while maintaining strong client governance and timelines.

• 10+ years of CRE lease admin or related accounting experience.
• Experience with major CRE databases (CoStar, Yardi, ProLease, Viisual Lease).
• Strong MS Office proficiency and data-driven reporting abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage transition projects from discovery to handover to Lease Administration team.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, data extraction, migration, validation and documentation.
• Develop schedules, reports and communication plans for transitions.
• Lead regular client reviews and governance programs during onboarding.
• Mentor junior transition resources and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
