SHI International Corp. is seeking a Sr. Program Analyst - Transformation to help optimize Revenue Intelligence and Spend Optimization Services initiatives.

You will partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements, manage delivery workflows, and drive operational excellence across the organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years of experience in project coordination, program management, business analysis, transformation, or related roles.
• Experience supporting cross-functional transformation initiatives involving technical, business, and leadership stakeholders.
• Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives, including sales enablement, launches, and campaign execution.
• Experience supporting service or product lifecycle management activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops and sessions to gather business requirements, KPI definitions, thresholds, and backlogs; translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Refine requirements with development and business teams, ensuring traceability from requirements through delivery to measurable outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans across SOS initiatives; monitor milestones, dependencies, and intake prioritization.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness; support scalable delivery of Revenue Intelligence initiatives.
• Create executive communications, status updates, and enablement materials for Revenue Intelligence and GTM initiatives.
