Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Sr. Program Analyst - Transformation to drive Revenue Intelligence initiatives and broader transformation efforts. You will collaborate with technical and business teams to translate needs into actionable requirements, manage delivery workstreams, and push for operational excellence.

The role supports GTM initiatives, service lifecycle efforts, and executive communications, ensuring programs stay aligned with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into structured requirements and user stories.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across analytics, GTM, and service domains.
• Create executive-ready status updates and release communications.
• Develop and maintain project plans with milestones and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, KPI definitions, and backlog items.
• Refine requirements with development and business teams and maintain traceability.
• Develop and track SOS initiative roadmaps, milestones, and intake prioritization.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness.
• Standardize delivery practices across initiatives to improve execution.
• Own execution tooling and governance through Asana for transparency.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and GTM launch readiness.
• Support dashboards, scorecards, and KPI alignment across teams.
• Create internal communications for Revenue Intelligence initiatives and GTM launches.
• Ensure messaging is clear and tailored to audiences.
