Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years of experience in project coordination, program management, business analysis, transformation, or related roles.
• Experience supporting cross-functional transformation initiatives involving technical, business and leadership stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops and sessions to gather business requirements, KPI definitions, thresholds, and backlog items.
• Refine requirements with development and business teams and maintain traceability from requirements to delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans across SOS initiatives with milestones and intake prioritization.
• Coordinate Revenue Intelligence operating model activities including sprint planning and release readiness.
• Ensure consistent delivery practices and opportunities to standardize execution models.
• Own execution tooling and governance through Asana, ensuring visibility and alignment with strategic objectives.
