SHI International Corp. is seeking a Sr. Program Analyst - Transformation to advance the Revenue Intelligence portfolio and drive transformation initiatives across the organization.

You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage delivery workflows, and partner with technical and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes. The role spans GTM, service lifecycle, and internal communications, supporting go-to-market launches and organizational change.

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into structured requirements and user stories.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across analytics, GTM, and service domains.
• Ability to refine requirements and maintain traceability from requirements through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather KPIs, thresholds, and backlog items.
• Refine requirements with development and business teams and maintain traceability.
• Develop and maintain project plans across SOS initiatives and track milestones.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness.
• Standardize delivery practices across SOS initiatives and improve execution models.
• Own execution tooling and governance through Asana, ensuring prioritized work.
• Provide status updates and elevate blockers across teams.
• Support dashboards, scorecards, and KPI alignment across departments.
• Create executive communications and enablement materials for releases.
