Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Sr. Program Analyst - Transformation to drive the Revenue Intelligence lifecycle and SOS initiatives. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage delivery workflows, and partner with technical and business teams to enable measurable outcomes.

You’ll support GTM efforts, service lifecycle work, and executive communications, aligning efforts with leadership priorities and change management standards.

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into structured requirements and user stories.
• Manage multiple concurrent analytics, GTM, and transformation initiatives.
• Define and track KPI definitions, thresholds, and backlogs.
• Support development and BI teams with traceability from requirements to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather requirements, KPIs, and business rules; translate into user stories and backlog items.
• Refine requirements with tech and business teams; ensure traceability to outcomes.
• Develop and monitor project plans, milestones, dependencies, and roadmaps across SOS initiatives.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness for Revenue Intelligence.
• Standardize delivery practices and improve execution models across teams.
