SHI International Corp. is seeking a Sr. Program Analyst - Transformation to drive Revenue Intelligence initiatives and broader transformation across the organization.

You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage delivery workflows, and partner with technical teams and leadership to achieve measurable business outcomes. The role focuses on Revenue Intelligence lifecycle while supporting GTM initiatives, service lifecycle efforts, and strategic programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, KPIs, and backlogs.
• Refine requirements and maintain traceability from requirements to delivery.
• Develop and track project plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness.
• Deliver executive-ready status updates and communication materials.
• Ensure consistent delivery practices and governance across initiatives.
