Job summary

Storable is seeking a Training & Support Consultant to ensure Newbook clients receive a world-class onboarding to day-to-day operations experience. You will blend product knowledge with strong communication to help customers maximize value from our platform.

The role combines support and training, handling requests, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering engaging training across a global customer base.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in customer support, technical support, SaaS operations, or similar software environment.
• Strong working knowledge of property management, reservation, or operational SaaS platforms, ideally within hospitality.
• Experience independently resolving Tier 2/3 issues while meeting SLA/CSAT targets.
• Proven experience delivering customer training or enablement (onboarding, webinars, product education).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong client relationships.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to improve troubleshooting, documentation, training, or productivity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients, delivering timely support via phone, email, and other channels.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues with structured troubleshooting and escalation.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate troubleshooting and improve responses.
• Plan and deliver 1:1 and group training sessions for using Newbook to manage reservations and operations.
• Tailor training content to each client’s goals and configuration.
• Prepare clients for go-live with data validation and hands-on guidance during launch.
• Maintain documentation of interactions, training, and feedback in CRM and knowledge systems.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles, playbooks, and Confluence with AI assistance.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and other teams to surface feedback and improve client experience.
