Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks a proactive Training and Services Specialist to empower customers with Keystone software products, both on-site and remotely. You will become a subject matter expert, deliver billable services, contribute to training materials, conduct pre- and post-sale demos, and maintain clear documentation while building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and apply it in customer-facing situations.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Interest in building long-term customer relationships and delivering billable professional services.
• Familiarity with enterprise software setup and administration.
• Experience in software training for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in payroll processing, HR management, finance/accounting, and tax billing/collection in the public sector is a plus.
• Proficiency with advanced Excel features and the Office 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Train customers on Keystone software products on-site and remotely; develop training materials and agendas.
• Become a subject matter expert in Keystone products for customers and staff.
• Provide billable services including implementation support and tailored training.
• Test new software modules/releases and document findings with the development team.
• Serve as a Tier 3 support resource, diagnosing issues and coordinating with the team to resolve them.
• Write and maintain clear software documentation and user materials.
• Conduct pre-sale and post-sale software demonstrations.
• Manage customer relationships with consistent, high-quality service.
