Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver training for Customer Service Representatives supporting FEHB and PSHB programs. The role collaborates with Instructional Design, Knowledge Management, Operations and stakeholders to create curricula, exercises, assessments and job aids for remote learners.

You will facilitate virtual new-hire training, monitor learner progress, provide coaching, administer assessments, and ensure content reflects security and privacy best

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in training.
• Experience delivering new-hire training in a contact center or CS environment.
• Experience developing simulations, scenarios and knowledge checks.
• Experience coaching learners and remediation.
• Familiarity with Articulate Rise 360 or Storyline and LMS.
• Experience training remote/dispersed learners and handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop training curriculum and materials using adult learning principles.
• Develop scenarios and environment data to mimic production tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design objectives and deliverables meeting standards.
• Create qualitative and quantitative assessment tools to measure learners.
• Teach programs and organize materials for presentation.
• Develop assessments to measure curriculum effectiveness and update content.
• Review and update curriculums and policies as needed.
• Maintain training resources and ensure safety standards.
• Provide coaching and remediation and support learner progress.
• Communicate on complex/sensitive issues and assist management.
