Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional training experience.
• Experience delivering new-hire training in a contact center or government benefits context.
• Experience designing simulations, assessments, and knowledge checks.

Responsibilities

• Develop training curricula and materials using proven adult learning techniques.
• Create training scenarios and ensure systems training mirrors production tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs to perform needs analysis and design deliverables that meet learner needs.
• Develop qualitative and quantitative assessment tools to measure learner competencies.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training and coach learner performance.
