Job summary

BSI is seeking a Training Solutions Specialist – Sales in the USA to drive revenue by expanding our training portfolio across the Americas. This telephony-based role combines lead follow-up, prospecting, and promotion of BSI products to win contracts with small to midsize organizations.

You will engage with decision-makers, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years sales experience in B2B or B2C environments.
• Experience in prospecting and lead generation.
• Excellent telephone manner with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong influencing, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to handle client objections positively and meet sales targets.
• Experience with Salesforce is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Propose and close contracts to achieve revenue growth and client satisfaction.
• Articulate and position BSI products to key decision-makers in small to midsize organizations.
• Identify and recommend ISO Management Systems solutions for client requirements.
• Identify and qualify prospective clients and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Follow a structured sales model to attract and develop new business.
• Monitor market trends and develop plans to generate new revenue.
• Engage in ongoing sales training and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support client needs and delivery of solutions.
