Job summary

BSI is seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative to identify opportunities, generate new leads, and set meetings for the sales team. You will play a key role in building the BSI brand in the United States and help drive the early stages of the sales process.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of phone sales experience, a persuasive phone presence, and the ability to meet metrics. This full-time role offers work-from-home flexibility and requires 8 AM–5 PM PT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of proven success with phone sales.
• Terrific and persuasive phone presence with ability to identify needs and set meetings.

Responsibilities

• Generate own leads using various tools and channels.
• Secure meetings with top-level decision makers.
• Make 100 calls per week and track data accurately for performance.
• Collaborate with sales team to identify needs and schedule appointments.
• Support marketing and promotional activities.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and report on pipeline.
• Communicate environmental, health and safety services on the job training provided.
