Job summary

BSI is seeking a motivated Training Solutions Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our Training Solutions across the US. This leadership role will guide the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and oversee revenue and profitability goals.

Reporting to the Field Sales Director Americas Assurance, you will strengthen client relationships and ensure alignment with BSI’s objectives. You will lead forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis, collaborate with marketing

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in training or professional services preferred.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed sales teams and driving collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Revenue growth and market expansion in North America.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a training sales team with clear goals and KPIs.
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis; align with marketing/ops Go-To-Market.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regional teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Shape a client-centric culture delivering tailored training solutions and measurable improvements.
• Identify market trends and promote scalable, sustainable training solutions.
