Job summary

BSI is seeking a Training Solutions Specialist - Sales to drive revenue growth by expanding our training portfolio across the Americas. This telephony-based role focuses on lead follow-up, prospecting, and promoting BSI products to key decision-makers in small to midsize organizations.

You will build a robust pipeline by identifying opportunities, closing contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B or B2C sales experience.
• Proven prospecting and lead generation capabilities.
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
• Strong influencing, negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Propose and close contracts to achieve revenue growth and client satisfaction.
• Articulate and position BSI products to key decision-makers in small to midsize organizations.
• Identify and recommend ISO Management Systems solutions that meet client needs.
• Build a robust pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships.
• Participate in a structured sales process and promotion initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and develop plans to capitalize on opportunities.
• Engage in ongoing sales training and cross-functional collaboration to support delivery.
