Job summary

International SOS is seeking a Sales Development & Telenurturing Consultant to drive intelligence-based prospecting and high-quality outreach across North America. This hybrid role supports BDMs with appointment setting, pipeline growth, and CRM hygiene.

You will leverage Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Power BI to identify priority accounts, nurture opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional engagement with marketing. A degree in Business or Sales and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in sales or business development.
• Fluent English (oral and written) is essential.
• Experience with prospecting across North America preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-priority accounts and contacts using intent signals and data sources.
• Build targeted telenurturing cadences for pre-targeting and long-cycle pursuits.
• Set discovery and follow-up meetings for Business Development Managers (BDMs).
• Maintain Salesforce and dashboards; support marketing with tailored outreach.
