Job summary

AmeriSave Mortgage is hiring a Training Coordinator with LMS administration responsibilities to support training programs and maintain the LMS. You will coordinate sessions, track participation, gather feedback, and ensure content stays current while collaborating with SMEs on engaging instructional materials.

The role requires experience with LMS platforms, SCORM/xAPI, and a strong grasp of ADDIE/SAM. Excellent communication and multitasking ability enable success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Design, or related field, or relevant professional experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in training coordination, project management, or LMS administration.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, Absorb) and managing course content.
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or other eLearning standards.
• Experience with survey and evaluation tools (SurveyMonkey, Google Forms).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
• Strong organizational and project management skills; multi-priority handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented; tech troubleshooting.
• Team player with proactive mindset; adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, webinars, and workshops with timely communication to participants and trainers.
• Track participation, attendance, and training completion rates.
• Gather feedback to improve training effectiveness.
• Provide logistical support for training events and manage materials and virtual platforms.
• Review and update training materials to stay current.
• Collaborate with SMEs to update content, including eLearning modules and job aids.
• Incorporate feedback to improve content quality.
• Manage day-to-day LMS operations: course uploads, user management, troubleshooting, reporting.
• Ensure LMS is up-to-date with training offerings and resources.
• Monitor learner progress and generate usage reports.
• Provide technical support to learners and admins; collaborate with IT for enhancements.
