Housing Forward is seeking a strategic and detail‑oriented Training Manager to lead and optimize our training program, with a strong emphasis on Learning Management System (LMS) expansion and the development of polished, high-quality virtual learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Training and Development, Instructional Design, or related field; or 3–5 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional design to develop full training catalog (in-person, virtual, eLearning).
• Ensure alignment with adult learning principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and design objectives.
