Job summary

Valid8 Financial, Inc. is seeking a Program Education Coordinator to manage training registrations, completion reports, and logistics for multiple formats including live, webinar, and hybrid sessions.

You will support instructional materials and align content with adult learning practices, while assisting the Clinical Training team. The role requires proficiency with LMS and educational software, providing technical assistance to learners, and contributing to ongoing organizational initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
3+ years in administrative/operational support in healthcare/nonprofit settings preferred.
1+ year experience with event or educational coordination preferred.
1+ year experience with a learning management system preferred.
Strong organizational and administrative skills; calendar management and meeting coordination.

Responsibilities

Coordinate training registrations, attendance, and reports for various formats (live, webinar, hybrid, distance learning).
Lead evaluation of training offerings and support quality improvement plans.
Provide backend support for virtual training sessions as needed.
Organize training materials (workbooks, guides, PowerPoint presentations).
Manage venues, supplies, and catering for in-person trainings within budget.
