Job summary

American Homes 4 Rent seeks a Lead LMS Specialist to own the LMS across the enterprise, ensuring stability, data integrity, and compliant reporting. You will configure SCORM/xAPI assets, manage Workday integrations, and deliver analytics to support strategic decisions.

The role covers eLearning campaigns, ILT coordination, content lifecycle, and dashboard development, partnering with IT, Compliance, and HR to optimize learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of LMS administration and/or related experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of Workday HCM experience.
• Certification in learning technology or instructional technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers audience campaigns for eLearning and ILT programs with automated assignments and notifications.
• Manages course launches and enterprise rollouts to maximize adoption.
• Facilitates train-the-trainer sessions on LMS functionality, reports, and workflows.
• Manages the full lifecycle of learning content; uploads, tests, and publishes SCORM/xAPI packages.
• Builds and automates reports and dashboards to track compliance, completions, and ROI.
• Maintains audit-ready records and ensures regulatory compliance across learning programs.
