Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Service Excellence Associate to remotely support training initiatives for clients across the United States. You will lead and facilitate training across multiple product offerings, ensuring content accuracy and relevance for healthcare professionals.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or information systems and at least two years of experience delivering adult training. Proficiency with Office, Salesforce, and video platforms is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Minimum of two years' experience in delivering training curriculum for adult learners, healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce; experience with video platforms.

Responsibilities

• Leading the effort of training external clients on multiple product offerings.
• Facilitating virtual instructor led training.
• Assisting in creation of new products, or offerings which indirectly or directly generate training revenue.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of course materials and relevance to target audience.
