Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Service Excellence Associate to deliver remote training to external clients across product offerings. This role emphasizes clear communication, adult-learning techniques, and collaboration with SMEs to ensure relevant course materials.

The position supports virtual instructor-led sessions, assists in developing new trainings that may drive revenue, and requires strong project management and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Minimum of two years' experience in delivering training curriculum for adult learners, healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce; experience with video platforms.
• Ability to deliver effective training, assist in process documentation, and manage projects.
• Ability to research, collaborate with SMEs, and interpret data for training content.
• Strong written communication to create clear, engaging course materials.

Responsibilities

• Leading the effort of training external clients on multiple product offerings.
• Facilitating virtual instructor led training.
• Assisting in creation of new products or offerings generating training revenue.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of course materials.
