Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Service Excellence Associate (Remote) in the United States to train external clients on multiple product offerings, lead virtual instructor-led training, and help create new products that generate training revenue.

This remote role requires a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related field and at least two years of adult training experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce is expected; strong writing and data interpretation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, IS or related field.
• At least two years’ experience training adults in process/project settings; healthcare preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and video platforms.
• Strong training delivery, documentation, and project management capabilities.
• Ability to research and interpret data; create engaging content.
• Excellent written communication for diverse professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the training of external clients on multiple product offerings.
• Facilitate virtual instructor-led training sessions.
• Assist in creation of new products or offerings that generate training revenue.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of course materials and relevance to target audience.
