Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate our Operations training and development program. You will partner with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training solutions aligned to business strategy.

You will create learner journeys, develop content across modalities, and measure effectiveness.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or 2 years training exp in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of Training & Development, healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare processes, including workflow and compliance.
• Experience designing training events in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with leaders.
• Deliver training across diverse locations and skill levels.
• Assess needs, define requirements, and measure success.
• Create content using multiple modalities with SMEs.
• Onboard new hires and refresh existing content.
• Collaborate on change enablement initiatives and improve processes.
