Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate the Operations training and development program across diverse locations. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and the executive team to align training with business objectives and deliver best-in-class learning solutions.

You will create content, learner journeys, and New Hire Orientation while tracking progress and applying change enablement practices.

Qualifications

• BS or BA Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Engineering, Education and Learning, Applied Behavioral Science, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Training & Development; healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of learning management software and training tools (Articulate, Captivate, Eloomi).
• Experience in call center or Operations areas in healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop an end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Coordinate and deliver training across diverse locations and roles.
• Assess training needs and define measurable training requirements.
• Design and implement content with varied learning modalities.
• Create learner journeys by job role and competency level.
• Own New Hire Orientation and collaborate on department-specific content.
• Track progress, access, and effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Support change enablement strategies and process improvements.
