risr/ is hiring a Training & Implementation Specialist to guide UK-based customers through onboarding and deploying our assessment solutions. You will design scalable learning resources, reduce reliance on live training, and work with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth rollout.

You will create guides, SOPs, and documentation while supporting customers through change and helping users launch with confidence. A strong focus on clear communication and practical training is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software system training or onboarding for end users.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and spoken English for training and documentation.
• Natural curiosity about customer goals and motivation.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation from discovery to launch.
