Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, coordinate and facilitate an Operations training program in collaboration with Operations leadership and the executive team.

You will create learner journeys, design content with multiple modalities, track progress, and continuously improve training to support business objectives and regulatory requirements across a national remote workforce.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Engineering, Education and Learning, Applied Behavioral Science, Organizational Development, or related field required, or 2 Years of experience in training & development in lieu of degree.
• 2+ Years of experience in Training & Development, healthcare experience preferred in a training environment.
• Knowledge and practical experience within the healthcare industry, including pre-authorization, utilization reviews, medical claims processing, healthcare operations workflows, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
• Experience training for call center or Operations areas in the health care industry preferred.
• Adequate knowledge of learning management software. Experience using training tools such as Articulate or Captivate and learning management solutions preferred.
• Experience using learning management software such as Eloomi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop an end-to-end training roadmap and training calendar with department leaders.
• Coordinate and deliver training across diverse locations and skill sets.
• Assess training needs and develop measurable training plans.
• Design, develop and implement training content using various modalities for internal employees and external customers.
• Create learner journeys based on job roles and competency levels.
• Update and improve New Hire Orientation across operational areas.
• Identify weaknesses and deliver refresher trainings with subject matter experts.
• Conduct training for new hires and refresher training across all levels.
• Track training progress and optimize effectiveness.
• Develop engaging training methods such as workshops and gamification.
• Support change enablement strategies and processes within corporate projects.
• Oversee lesson plans ensuring QA checks and alignment with system/workflow processes.
• Collaborate with Application Team leads to meet training needs.
• Provide regular status updates to management.
