Job summary

Isograd is seeking a Training Specialist to lead onboarding and ongoing client enablement for its online assessment and certification platform. You will deliver both virtual and on-site training, track client usage, and collaborate with Sales and Product to drive renewal and growth.

Travel to client sites up to 30% will be required, with a focus on clear, actionable guidance and scalable training resources.

Qualifications

Experience in onboarding clients for an Education SaaS platform.
Ability to lead engaging in-person and virtual training sessions.
Experience tracking usage data to inform client health and engagement strategies.
Strong communication skills to relay feedback to Sales and Product teams.
Experience creating training materials and FAQs for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end onboarding for new clients, including kickoff, go-live, virtual and on-site training, demos, and walkthroughs.
Monitor client usage trends and adoption metrics; identify engagement gaps and flag at-risk accounts.
Provide Sales with regular onboarding progress updates and usage insights to support renewals and growth.
Relay client feedback and usage patterns to Product to inform the development roadmap.
Develop and maintain training resources (FAQs, onboarding guides, best-practice docs) for clients and the CS team.
Travel on-site to client locations to deliver training and onboarding support (up to 30%).
Respond promptly to onboarding inquiries, translating technical concepts into clear guidance.
Leverage AI and other tools to streamline onboarding, reporting, and resource creation workflows.
