Job summary

Planned Parenthood North Central States is seeking a Training and Development Specialist – Virtual Care for a remote role serving MN, IA, and NE. The position pays $25–$35 per hour, is full-time, and includes a Monday–Friday schedule with some evenings.

You will develop curricula, deliver trainings, and collaborate with leadership to support the Patient Services team. The role requires 3+ years in fast-paced customer service, healthcare experience, and proven training skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years fast-paced customer experience.
• Experience in healthcare settings, including appointment scheduling.
• Experience training and supporting new employees, including developing strategies and implementing programs.
• Strong problem-solving and effective communication in customer interactions.
• Technology skills, including typing and navigating multiple programs/websites.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Patient Services Training Program.
• Deliver new and ongoing training in classroom and practical settings.
• Build and maintain training schedules for new staff levels.
• Collaborate with Management to deliver comprehensive training experiences.
• Update curriculum and coordinate training on new initiatives and services.
• Assess and adjust training effectiveness and impact.
