Planned Parenthood North Central States in a remote-capable role seeks a Training and Development Specialist for Virtual Care. You will manage the Patient Services Training Program, develop curricula, and coordinate onboarding for new staff across MN, IA, and NE, supporting our mission of reproductive health access.

The role emphasizes curriculum development, cross-functional collaboration, and consistent program evaluation, with shift times generally 9am–5pm and some evenings, in a full-time

Qualificações

• Three or more years of fast-paced customer service experience.
• Healthcare setting experience including appointment scheduling.
• Experience training and supporting new employees and developing programs.
• Strong problem-solving and effective communication in customer interactions.
• Proficiency with multiple computer programs and typing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the Patient Services Training Program.
• Delivers new and ongoing training in classroom and practical settings.
• Builds training schedules for new Associate I and II staff.
• Collaborates with management to deliver effective training for new staff.
• Reviews and updates training curriculum; develops new modules.
• Ensures program effectiveness with QA monitoring and cross-team collaboration.
• Works at least 8 hours per month in the PSA role.
