This remote role supports the Patient Services team with practical and classroom training, curriculum development, and coordination of new initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years fast-paced customer experience.
• Experience in healthcare settings, including scheduling.
• Experience training and supporting new employees with program development.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with multiple computer programs and websites.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Patient Services Training Program.
• Deliver new and ongoing training in classroom and practical settings.
• Build and maintain training schedules for new Associates.
• Collaborate with management to deliver comprehensive training.
• Plan logistics for training initiatives and updates.
• Review and update training curriculum as needed.
• Develop new training curriculum.
• Ensure training program alignment with organizational goals.
• Assess effectiveness and adjust as appropriate.
