Job summary

Planned Parenthood North Central States is seeking a Training and Development Specialist - Virtual Care to manage and deliver the Training Program for the Patient Services team. This remote role supports MN, IA, and NE, with a typical schedule of 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday, and occasional evenings.

The role emphasizes curriculum development, program coordination, and collaboration with Management to meet goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years fast-paced customer experience.
• Experience in health care setting, including appointment scheduling, preferred.
• Experience effectively training and supporting new employees and developing programs.
• Strong problem-solving through effective communication.
• Proficiency with multiple computer programs and Word/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Patient Services Training Program.
• Delivers new and ongoing training in classroom and practical settings.
• Builds and maintains training schedules for new Associate Is and IIs.
• Collaborates with management to deliver comprehensive training experience.
• Oversees logistics and planning for training on new initiatives and services.
• Reviews and updates training curriculum; develops new curriculum.
• Collaborates with management and Quality Monitoring to maintain an up-to-date program.
• Assesses effectiveness of the Training Program and provides recommendations.
