• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role leading technical instructors.
• Minimum 3 years delivering technical training courses.
• Experience administering LMS and virtual training platforms.
• Experience managing training budgets, resources and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings, including sales enablement, reporting, and metrics.
• Actively manage several instructors, including performance management and career development.
• Coordinate daily ops with cross-functional teams to optimize scheduling, enablement, and revenue.
• Serve as SME on training, helping design and revise courses.
• Communicate with stakeholders across executive and technical teams.
• Create and maintain reports to monitor training performance.
• Collaborate with sales to scope engagements and tailor training content.
