Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a motivated Training Manager to lead delivery of our training programs across CrowdStrike technologies. You will manage senior instructors, align with sales for customer engagements, and drive metrics to improve training impact.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in technical training, LMS administration, and domain knowledge in SIEM, SOAR, Cloud or AI. Travel may be required; remote work is supported in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Minimum of 3 years delivering technical training courses.
• Experience administering LMS and virtual training platforms (Zoom, Teams).
• Budgeting, resource management, and licensing for instructional teams.
• Experience tracking training effectiveness and KPIs.
• Domain expertise in SIEM, SOAR, Cloud, or AI technologies.
• Proven ability to teach technical topics to varied audiences (IT staff to executives).
• Professional, client-facing demeanor and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings, including sales enablement, reporting, and metrics.
• Actively manage several instructors with coaching and day-to-day leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize scheduling, enablement, and revenue growth.
• Serve as SME on training; design and revise courses.
• Communicate across executive leadership and technical support teams.
• Create and maintain reports to monitor training delivery performance.
• Collaborate with sales to scope customer engagements and tailor content.
