Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Training Coordinator for a remote role to support DDTT/ITS service line teams. The position involves identifying training needs, managing LMS, tracking progress, and delivering entry-level trainings to staff.

You will prepare monthly management reports and help implement comprehensive training plans for new and existing employees, with a focus on non-clinical training in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with at least 3 years of training and coordination experience.
• Demonstrated MS Office proficiency.
• Reliable transportation to onsite location when needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify training requirements and institute plans for training new and existing employees.
• Support LMS management, tracking, and scheduling of training activities.
• Prepare monthly reports for management on training progress and outcomes.
• Deliver non-clinical, entry-level trainings as needed.
