Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Training Coordinator for a remote role to support the DDTT/ITS service line. You will manage LMS, track training needs, and schedule sessions while delivering non-clinical trainings as required.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma with training experience or a bachelor’s degree in Education/HR, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently. Merakey offers comprehensive benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 3 years direct training and training coordination experience or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Education, Training, HR or related field.
• Demonstrated MS Office proficiency.
• Reliable transportation to onsite location when needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify training requirements and institute plans for training new and existing employees.
• Support the DDTT/ITS teams in the management of LMS, tracking, and scheduling of training.
• Prepare monthly reports for management and support management in efforts to implement required training plans.
• Deliver non-clinical, entry level trainings as needed.
