Job summary

Trillium Health Resources is seeking a Trainer to deliver and coordinate training programs for staff, providers, and community stakeholders. The role requires preparing materials, scheduling sessions, and evaluating outcomes to ensure effective learning and workforce development.

The position is full-time and office-based with remote options within Trillium’s Mid State or Moore and Scotland counties in the Southern Region. Flexible hours and travel within the catchment may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and six (6) years of training and presentation experience, or an Associate's degree with four (4) years, or a Bachelor's degree with two (2) years.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must reside within Anson, Montgomery, Moore, Richmond, and Scotland counties.
• Must be able to travel within the catchment area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for staff, providers, members, and community stakeholders using established curricula.
• Prepare instructional materials, lesson plans, and training resources aligned with learning objectives.
• Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, registration, and participant communication.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using standardized tools and participant feedback.
