Merakey is seeking a Program Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on planning, developing, and overseeing Adult Training Facility services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting person-centered supports.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, coordinate and oversee Adult Training Facility services.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and agency regulations and promote high-quality person-centered services.
• Report to the Director of Programs and provide leadership and staff development.
• Coordinate program activities and supervise staff to support individuals receiving services.
• Serve as liaison among individuals served, families, Supports Coordinators and regulatory agencies.
