Merakey is seeking a Training Coordinator for a remote role to support DDTT/ITS service line teams. The position involves identifying training needs, managing LMS, tracking progress, and delivering entry-level trainings to staff.

You will prepare monthly management reports and help implement comprehensive training plans for new and existing employees, with a focus on non-clinical training in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with at least 3 years of training and coordination experience.
• Demonstrated MS Office proficiency.
• Reliable transportation to onsite location when needed.

Earn $15 - $17/hour based on experience in field.

Position Details

As a member of the DDTT/ITS Service Line, the Training Coordinator works with management and the Clinical team to identify training requirements and institute plans for training new and existing employees. The Training Coordinator is responsible to support the DDTT/ITS teams in the management of LMS, tracking, and scheduling of training. In addition, the Training Coordinator will prepare monthly reports for management and support management in efforts to implement required training plans. The Training Coordinator will deliver non clinical, entry level trainings as needed.
